| Abstract: | Through analyzing the contents of the corporate social responsibility(CSR) reports of two highly representative logistics enterprises in China,the paper gives its suggestion on the writing of CSR report for the Chinese logistics enterprises,proposing that it should contain sections devoted to information of report background,company governance,responsibility management,responsibility performance disclosure,third party assurance,and notes and instructions,etc. |
