农村信用体系建设的实践与思考

健全的社会信用体系是经济社会健康发展的前提,而农村信用体系是社会信用体系的重要组成部分.本文通过对陕西省农村信用体系建设实验示范区高陵县的创新实践的梳理,对当前我国农村信用体系建设中的制约因素和存在问题进行剖析,提出了加快推进我国农村信用体系建设的政策建议.

The Practice and Reflection on the Construction of the Rural Credit System

A sound social credit system is a prerequisite for the healthy development of social economy, and rural credit system is an important component of the social credit system. Based on the analysis on the innovative practice of the rural credit system construc-tion in Gaoling county in Shaanxi province, the paper discusses the constraints and problems of the current system and puts forward recommendations to speed up the constructions of China＇s rural credit system.
