必须建立独立自主的民族信用评级体系

信用评级业是维护国家金融主权的重要力量，代表一个国家在国际金融服务体系中的国家地位。分析中国信用评级市场被他国控制后的危害，认为中华民族和中国金融业的崛起必须有独立自主的民族信用评级机构保驾护航，应提高党政干部对拥有信用评级权重要性的认识，立即起草《信用评级法》并整顿被控制的信用评级市场，积极自主研发信用评级方法和评级标准。

Necessity to Establish an Independent National Credit Rating System

The credit rating industry is an important force for safeguarding national financial sovereignty, and a rep- resentative for the status of a country in the international financial services system. Based on an analysis of the dam- age upon China＇s credit rating market controlled by other countries, this paper states that there must be independent national credit rating agencies for safeguarding the rise of the Chinese people and China＇ s financial industry. It＇ s necessary for the cadres of the Party and governments to raise the right understanding of the importance of credit rat- ing, to draft immediately ＂Credit Rating Law＂ and to rectify the controlled credit rating market in China, to develop actively the credit rating methods and rating criteria.
