福州校园文化建设的实践与思考

校园文化是学校教育的重要组成部分,也是学校建设的一个系统工程。随着教育理念的不断更新、教育改革的不断深入以及社会价值多元化对学生的影响,校园文化建设越来越成为各级各类学校管理者重点思考和着力推进的一项重要工作。本文从分析福州校园文化建设的具体实践和特点入手,指出了校园文化所具备的影响功能、教化功能、陶冶功能、规范功能、激励功能与感恩功能等六大功能,阐述了推进校园文化建设所应搭建的现实平台、所应采取的具体措施,从而通过一定的物质环境和精神氛围施加影响,以实现对学生的精神、心灵、性格的成功塑造。

Practice and Reflection on Fuzhou Campus Culture Construction

Campus culture is an important part of school education,as well as a systematic project of school construction.As constantly updating of the educational philosophy,the deepening of education reform,and influence of diversification of social values on students,campus culture construction has been becoming an important work for school managers of all levels to highly focus on and effortly promote.Based on the analysis of the practice and characteristics of Fuzhou campus culture construction,the paper believes that the campus culture will bear the following functions-the influence function,instructive function,molding function,standardization function,promoting function and thanksgiving function.This paper also states the concrete measures taken and the reality platform built to promote the construction of campus culture,so that successfully realize the molding of students＇ mind,spirit and character through the influence of a certain physical environment and spiritual atmosphere.
