国内城乡结合部土地利用研究综述

研究目的：综述国内有关城乡结合部土地利用研究文献。研究方法：文献法。研究结果：国内学者在有关城乡结合部土地利用的特点、土地利用存在的问题及城乡结合部的土地产权、土地市场、土地规划、土地利用的模式和预警等方面研究已取得不少成果，但还存在研究深度不够、部分问题认识不清的缺陷。研究结论：城乡结合部为土地问题研究提供了极好的素材，对城乡结合部土地问题的调查和研究则是认识和解决该区域土地利用问题的不二路径。

Review on Land Use in the Rural-urban Fringe in China

The purpose of this paper is to conduct a literature review on rural-urban fringe land use in China. Method of documentation was employed. The results indicate that although Chinese scholars have obtained many achievements in the aspects regarding the land use features, the problems of land use, land property rights, land market, land planning, and the modes and monitoring systems for land use in rural-urban fringe areas, there are still defects concerning inadequate research and unclear understanding of some problems. It is concluded that researches on the land use in urban-rural fringe provides excellent material for the studies on land problems, furthermore, investigation and afterwards research are the only way for understanding and resolving the land use problems related to the urban-rural fringe area.
