林业企业文化体系构建的思考

摘    要:企业是社会的细胞,社会也在影响着企业。通过发展企业文化,可以促进企业的和谐发展。同样林业企业也要通过其文化特点来展示自身的独立意识和特殊意识。而这种文化形式或特点展示得越充分,表现得越彻底,就会使其内部的经营管理日趋完善,形象也就越高大。价值观是构成企业文化的核心。企业职工的基本观念和信念一旦形成,企业精神亦随之建立起来,并成为企业文化的主体和核心。企业精神是一种积极向上的群体意识,具有强大的凝聚力和感召力,因而在林业企业彰显和谐的企业文化可完善经营管理。

Abstract:The enterprise is the cell of society;the society also affects the enterprises.The development of corporate culture can promote the harmonious development of enterprises.Similarly the forestry enterprises also should display their own sense of independence and special awareness by their culture characteristics,the adequate performance of the form or characteristics will mature the internal management and heighten the image of forestry enterprises.Values constitute the core of enterprise culture.The basic values and beliefs of the enterprise workers once form,the spirit of enterprise will be established and become the subject and the core of corporate culture.The entrepreneurial spirit is a positive sense of community,with strong cohesion and appeal,and thus demonstrating a harmonious corporate culture in forestry enterprises can improve the management.
