摘    要:目前,我国信用评级机构提高公信力方面存在的主要问题是:缺乏核心竞争力,收费经营模式存在缺陷,信用评级机构市场有效需求不足,监管和规范评级机构行业的法律法规滞后等。我国应提高信用评级机构的评级质量,加速改造目前存在利益冲突的商业模式,建立规范信用评级机构的监管制度和法律法规,从制度上引导内外评级相结合,刺激市场需求。

Abstract:China's credit rating agencies now have difficulties in improving the public credibility: the lack of core competitiveness,defective charging and business patterns,insufficient effective market demand for credit rating agencies,and the lagging laws and regulations for supervising and standardizing these agencies.China should improve the rating quality of these agencies,accelerate the transformation of the current interest-conflicting business patterns,establish supervision institutions,laws and regulations for the normalized credit rating agencies,guide the institutional internal and external rating combination,and stimulate the market demand.
