山东省涉海县域经济竞争力初探

涉海县域经济作为统筹城乡经济社会发展的重要组成部分。深入研究其经济的核心竞争力具有理论意义与现实意义。通过选取山东省涉海县域经济竞争力指标评价体系,并采取主要成份分析法进行评价,结果表明,涉海县域经济的发展不仅直接关系"三农"问题的解决和建成小康社会,还可以通过形成新的增长极和发展的扩散力带动相关区域以及海洋经济发展,更能加快实现新型工业化、城镇化和农业现代化推动城乡发展一体化的进程。而县域经济竞争力的评价结果可以给政府发展县域经济提供有价值的决策参考。

Economic Competitiveness of Sea-Related Counties in Shandong

Sea-related county economy is a key important part of the overall urban and rural social and economic development plan.So the study of its core competitiveness is significant in both theoretical and practical terms.Through selecting a core competitiveness assessment index system and analyzing with principal component analysis,it proves that the development of sea-related county economy not only directly links to the settlement of the three rural issues and the completion of a moderately prosperous society but also could drive the development of related regions and marine economy with the rising of new growth pole and developmental diffusion,and accelerate the process of new industrialization,urbanization,modern agriculture and the integration of urban and rural areas.In addition,the appraisal result of county economy could offer valuable decision making references to the government as to the development of the county economy.
