摘    要:事业单位绩效考核制度的良好建立以及绩效考核活动的科学开展可以有效激发起事业单位职工的工作热情和主观能动性,提升事业单位的工作效率和工作质量。在新的时代背景下,需要加强对事业单位人力资源管理绩效考核工作的重视。论文主要针对人力资源管理绩效考核注意要点以及相关对策进行探究。

Abstract:The good establishment of the performance appraisal system of public institutions and the scientific development of the performance appraisal activities can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of the staff and workers of public institutions and improve the working efficiency and quality of public institutions.In the new era background,we need to pay more attention to the performance appraisal work of human resources management in public institutions.This paper mainly focuses on the key points of human resources management performance appraisal and relevant countermeasures.
