| Abstract: | The good establishment of the performance appraisal system of public institutions and the scientific development of the performance appraisal activities can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of the staff and workers of public institutions and improve the working efficiency and quality of public institutions.In the new era background,we need to pay more attention to the performance appraisal work of human resources management in public institutions.This paper mainly focuses on the key points of human resources management performance appraisal and relevant countermeasures. |
