| Abstract: | With the"baby boomers"getting old after the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's aging process is accelerating gradually.As a prefecture-level city in western Inner Mongolia,Bayannur will also face severe pension problem.Understanding the present situation of pension institutions and enterprises in Bayannur City and the needs of the elderly will help to analyze the existing problems and better cope with the pressure brought by aging. |
