| 摘 要： | 在对湖北省支持高新技术产业发展的资本市场的微观结构进行详细调研的基础上，指出在一个全国性的资本市场体系中，湖北省利用资本市场支持高新技术产业发展的关键：首先在于建立一个有效的三板市场和活跃的产权交易市场；其次在于构建一个高效率的风险投资体系；最后还要充分利用多层次资本市场，营造一个包括技术创业氛围在内的良好的高新技术发展环境。

| Abstract: | Based on a deliberate survey of the micro structure of capital market which supports the high-tech industry, it argues that the key problem in a nationwide capital market for Hubei province is as follows: firstly, establish an effective third-level market and an active market for property right trading, secondly, build an effective venture capital system, and last, construct better atmosphere and environment for technology entrepreneur taking full advantage of multi-level capital market. |
