| Abstract: | The ill capital state and backward managing mode in our commercial banks cannot fit for global competitive environment. The perfection of financial regulations and financial market establishment, the advance of the reform of financial market structure and the creation of managing mechanism are the tactics for commercial banks to realize their develpment in the competition. |
