摘    要:
触屏时代,多元、多样、多变的信息,社会不良风气的影响,高校教育教学改革滞后,生源素质的参差不齐等诸多因素,在高校《思想道德修养与法律基础》教育教学的吸引力和效度之中形成冲突和博弈,思政课堂的诉求与响应功能一度边缘化,基础课教学的求变与突围成为现实需要。因此,注重课程总体设计、加强当代大学生的思想引领、思想观念内化、行为习惯矫正和良好素质的养成,不失为触屏时代增强教学实效性有效途径。

Abstract:
Many factors, such as touch-screen era, diversified and varied information, influence of the bad social climate, lag of the reform in higher education teaching and various levels of the quality of the students, form the conflict and game from attraction and validity of ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis in college education teaching. Demands of and responses to ideological class became marginal for a time. The change and breakthrough in the teaching of the elementary course become realistic needs. Therefore, paying attention to the overall design of curriculum, strengthening the lead of contemporary college students' ideological education, ideological internalization, correction of behavioral habits and formation of good character are effective approaches to enhancing the teaching effectiveness in the touch-screen era.
