我国社会阶层结构存在的隐患及其优化途径

构建和谐社会是当前的热点话题，和谐社会的前提是要有一个合理的社会阶层结构（即“橄榄形”）。当前我国社会阶层结构存在贫富差距程度濒临社会稳定的警戒线，阶层成员缺乏阶层认同感和归属感以及经济、政治、社会地位不一致的隐患。构建公平、效率“双赢”格局；加速社会流动，扩大社会中间层；完善利益表达机制，合理分配政治资源是社会阶层结构优化的有效途径。

Hidden Troubles in Chinese Social Architecture and its Optimization

Nowadays,building a harmonious society has been a hot topic.A reasonable social architecture is a prerequisite for harmonious society,i.e.,an olivary architecture.At present,there exist many hidden troubles in Chinese social architecture: 1) The gap between the rich and the poor is on the verge of the security line for social stability.2) Members of social stratum are lack of the sense of acceptance and ownership.3) There are great differences in their economic,political and social status.Therefore,effective measures such as building a win-win pattern of equity and efficiency,speeding up social flow,enlarging middle social stratum,improving the expressing system of benefits and rationally disposing political resources should be taken to optimize the social stratum structure.
