| 摘 要： | 企业管理员工参与制度是企业实行民主管理的一项重要制度，实践证明，员工参与管理对一个企业提高管理水平，完善管理机制有着重要的促进作用。文章阐述了该制度的重要意义和分析其相关影响因素，对完善我国企业管理员工参与制度作出了思考和提出若干意见。

| Abstract: | The participation institution for the enterprise management personnel refers to an important institution in enterprise democratic management system. It was proved by practice that the participation of employees in management could promote the management of the whole enterprise and improve the management mechanism. The article explains the importance of this institution and analyzes its related influence factors, also proposes some thoughts and suggestion on perfecting the participation institution. |
