| Abstract: | In order to push forward forming an organizational culture to support efficiently managing conflict, the administrator of school need set up scientific conflict idea, the suitable and horizontal organizational conflict of school can be the active power of developing. The article also discusses the concrete tactics how to stimulate the organizational conflict of educational institution. |
