多层轻钢结构住宅施工的探讨

多层轻钢结构商品住宅作为一种新的商品住宅形式具有其自身特点，不但要符合业主的要求，也要保证开发商的利益，在施工中要特别注意经济、适用和效益的问题。文章以某试点工程为例主要介绍了安装前的施工准备工作；钢结构施工工艺流程，主要钢构件的安装和校正：高强螺栓安装方法和注意事项：钢结构的焊接顺序和方法；钢结构除锈与涂装的问题等。提出了相应工序中控制轻钢结构工程质量的措施。

Construction of Multiple-Story Lightweight Steel Merchantable House

As a new merchantable house, multiple-story lightweight steel merchantable house has its uniqueness. It must satisfy the property owner at the same time give the profit to land agent. So the economy, applicability and benefit are very important when it is constructed. An experimental project was introduced as paradigm in this paper. Construction preparation and technological process of multiple-story lightweight steel merchantable house constructed was introduced. Then some procedures was introduced according to the subsequence: the assemble and adjustment of main components, such as steel beams and steel columns, the assemble and matters need attention of high strength bolt, welding subsequence and means of steel construction, rust protection and application of steel construction, at last the quality assurance method of every procedures.
