| 摘 要： | 电子商务的出现,给传统的供应链注入了新的活力,电子供应链作为电子商务与供应链结合的产物应运而生。本文提出了电子供应链的内涵,找出了电子供应链构建存在的主要问题,并对如何构建进行了初步的探讨。

| Abstract: | The appearance of electronic-commerce (EC)has injected new vigor into traditional supply chain. As the product of combination of electronic-commerce and supply chain, electronic supply chain (ESC) has emerged in time. This article put forward the meaning of electronic supply chain, pointed out the problem lied in the structure of electronic supply chain, and then discussed how to build ESC. |
