| Abstract: | It analyses the administrative cost to obstruct industrial agglomeration in western region based on the relation between regional economy and industrial agglomeration. The main way to promote economic development in western region is to reduce the administrative cost by the innovation of system and advance the efficiency of resource integration and enhance industrial agglomeration. |
