| Abstract: | The spring of middle China is another important strategic decision that is related to the whole modern construction, which is implemented by Central Committee of the CCP after encouraging the development of Eastern China, implementing the great development of the Western China and revitalizing the old industrial bases in North- ern China. The difficult point in the spring of the middle China is three-agriculture issues. Boosting new country- side construction in the spring of the middle China and boosting the spring of the middle China in the construction of new countryside are related with the success or failure of the spring of the middle China. |
