优质猪肉供应链中超市与屠宰加工企业竞合的博弈分析

解决我国猪肉质量安全水平相对较低的问题的有效途径是实施供应链管理，而屠宰加工企业与超市的有效竞合是优质猪肉供应链平稳运行的重要条件。本文依据博弈理论和方法，分析了优质猪肉供应链中超市和屠宰加工企业的竞合机理，推导出双方竞合的混合战略纳什均衡点。研究表明：降低风险偏好、监督成本和违约超常收益，增加违约金额数、违约潜在损失和信用损失，是优化两者竞合行为的有效途径。选择优良的合作伙伴、实现信息共享与公开、健全利益分配机制、发挥政府作用、形成外部压力等是优化竞合行为的基本策略。
