| 摘 要： | 基于人力资本结构优化与比较优势动态化的视角,文章阐述了人力资本结构与比较优势动态化的作用机制;并实证分析了1995～2008年间我国人力资本结构变迁与各类制造品比较优势提升的关系。结果表明,人力资本结构优化是我国制造品比较优势提升的重要源泉之一,人力资本结构优化对各类制造品比较优势的提升都具有显著的促进作用;制造品的技术含量越高,人力资本结构优化对其比较优势的提升越具有促进作用。 |

| Abstract: | Focusing on the optimization of human capital structure and the dynamic transformation of comparative advantages,this paper expounds the interaction mechanism of them.By conducting empirical analyses,it also studies the relationship between the rise of China’s comparative advantages of manufacturing products and the changes of its human capital structure from 1995 to 2008.The result of the study shows that the optimization of human capital structure plays a significant role in enhancing the comparative advantages of China’s manufacturing products,and this role will become even stronger with the technological improvement in these products. |
