On the basis of the change of tea-drinking way and the psychological shift of the scholars in mid-Ming Dynasty, the paper discusses the scholarized phenomena embodied by Zisha teapot. It thinks that the change of tea-drinking way and the physical nature of Zisha teapot itself have made an important role played by Zisha teapot possible in China tea culture. It also points out that since the mid Ming Dynasty, the reason why Zisha teapot has been the Chinese scholars＇ favorite is that the scholars have had a turn of life values orientation from the outside to the inside, in pursuit of the natural and harmonious spiritual world such as prosaic, gentle, dignified, simple, kind characteristics as connotation. All these have made Zisha teapot enter China＇s culture and art palace and become the basic cause of scholar＇s tea culture sign.
