摘    要:绩效考核是人力资源管理的核心内容,中国企业的绩效考核处于起步阶段,存在对绩效考核体系认识不够及绩效考核体系不完善等很多问题。应改变陈旧的观念,从企业高层领导到各部门主管及员工都对绩效考核给予足够的重视,设计完善的绩效考核体系以期对中国企业绩效考核有所帮助。

Abstract:Performance appraisal is the central content of human resource management.Performance appraisal of our enterprises is on the beginning and there are many problems about this,such as lacking of understanding of performance appraisal and the immaturity of appraisal system.We should change ideas,pay the enough attention to the performance appraisal from the higher leading to the department administrator and design the perfect appraisal system
