| 摘 要： | 专业教师兼任大学新生班主任是有着显著优势的。专业教师可以为学生做专业指导，使大学新生学习目标明确；可以指导学生选修专业课程，使学生学到全面系统的专业知识；可以引导学生进行一定的创新性研究，以培养学生的创新能力和实际应用能力，提高他们的专业学习兴趣。而且，专业教师还可为学生的未来发展提出合理化建议。

| Abstract: | Special teachers who double as class teachers of freshmen have significant advantages. Special teachers can guide students on their major and make students having definite aim of study, he can guide students how to choice courses in order to make them learn more overall and systematic professional knowledge, he can supply opportunities for students to do science research and cultivate students＇creative spirit and practical ability and make students being more interest in major study. What＇s more , he can propose students on their employment and guide students on their study direction who want to continue to learn. |
