建国以来大陆对台政策的历史演变与两岸关系发展

建国以来,党中央、国务院为了实现祖国统一大业,始终不渝地探讨和寻求妥善解决台湾问题的途径和方式,并根据国内外形势的发展变化,提出了一系列适应时代潮流发展的对台方针和政策。如＂武力解放台湾＂、＂和平谈判解决台湾问题＂、＂第三次国共合作＂和＂和平统一、一国两制＂方针,以及毛泽东的＂爱国一家,不咎既往＂、周恩来的＂一纲四目＂、叶剑英的＂九条方针＂、邓小平的＂六条意见＂、江泽民的＂八项主张＂、胡锦涛的＂四点意见＂和＂十六字方针＂等。这些方针政策和建设性意见,有效地缓解了远东地区的紧张局势,化解了台海地区的战争危机,促进了海峡两岸的交往与交流,推进了祖国和平统一的历史进程。

Historical Development of China＇s Policy towards Taiwanese Affairs Since the Founding of the People＇s Republic of China and Future Relation between Mainland and Taiwan

Since the Founding of the People＇s Republic of China,in order to realize the reunification of the motherland,Party Central Committee and State Department unswervingly explore the ways to solve the Taiwanese affairs and put forward a series of policies such as liberate Taiwan by force,solve Taiwanese affairs by peaceful negotiation,the third cooperation between CPC and Kuomintang and ＂one country,two system＇,as well as Mao zhedong＇s ＂Let bygones be bygones＂,Zhou Enlai＇s ＂one outline,four items＂,Ye Jianying＇s ＂Nine guidelines＂,Deng Xiaoping＇s ＂Six ideas＂,Jiang Zheming＇s ＂Eight opinions＂ and Hu Jintao＇s ＂Four ideas＂,＂Sixteen words policy＂ etc.these policies and constructive ideas effcetively relaxed the strain situations of far east area,dissolved the war crisis in Taiwan Strait,promoted the commuication between both sides of Taiwan Strait and advaned the course of reunificational of the motherlan.
