产学研金协同创新体系建设博弈分析

产学研协同创新是生产要素重新组合的有效手段，将金融机构作为重要的协同主体，充分发挥其在推进产学研研协同创新体系建设中的重要作用，具有重要研究价值。基于三螺旋模型，通过对产学研金协同创新决策过程进行博弈分析，发现不同类型企业的产学研合作意愿不同，金融机构介入能够有效提高中小企业协同创新的积极性，适当的政策引导和保障有助于提高高校、科研院所与金融机构协同创新意愿。据此，提出完善产学研金协同创新体系的对策建议。
