基于可视化的乡村水生态文明评价指标体系构建

目的 水生态文明评价指标体系是衡量地区水生态文明建设水平,引导水生态文明建设方向的基础。探索构建适用于乡村的水生态文明建设评价指标体系,以期为乡村水生态文明建设提供理论基础。方法 文章利用文献计量可视化分析工具CiteSpace绘制水生态文明研究关键词知识图谱,研究当前水生态文明研究发展进展,建立第一层指标评价框架,同时以评价乡村水生态文明现状和未来水生态文明发展为出发点,通过关键文献指标高频统计和主观补充筛选出适合于乡村实际的具体指标,采用层次分析法和线性加权法建立了乡村水生态文明评价模型。结果 建立了以“水生态、水管理、水环境、水文化、水景观、水安全、特色指标”7个维度的第一层指标评价框架,确定了包含22项评价指标的乡村水生态文明建设评价指标体系。并基于2019年数据对典型乡村进行了水生态文明建设水平评价。结论 构建的乡村水生态文明评价指标体系可行有效。

CONSTRUCTION OF EVALUATION INDEX SYSTEM OF RURAL WATER ECOLOGICAL CIVILIZATION BASED ON VISUALIZATION

The evaluation index system of water ecological civilization is the basis for measuring the level of regional water ecological civilization construction and guiding the direction of water ecological civilization construction. This research aims to explore an evaluation index system suitable for rural water ecological civilization construction, so as to provide a theoretical basis for rural water ecological civilization construction.This research utilized the bibliometric visualization analysis tool CiteSpace to draw the keyword knowledge map of water ecological civilization research, studied the current development progress of water ecological civilization research, established the first-level indicator evaluation framework as well as evaluating the current situation of rural water ecological civilization and the future development of water ecological civilization as the starting point. By utilization of high-frequency statistics of key literature indicators and subjective supplementary specific indicators, the suitable evaluation indexes for rural reality were selected. And the rural water ecological civilization evaluation model was established by using analytic hierarchy process and linear weighting method. Then the first-level indicator evaluation framework was established based on the seven dimensions of "water ecology, water management, water environment, water culture, water landscape, water safety, and characteristic indicators", including 22 evaluation indicators of evaluation of rural water ecological civilization construction, and based on the data in 2019, the level of water ecological civilization construction in typical villages was evaluated. The result shows that the constructed evaluation index system of rural water ecological civilization is feasible and effective.
