| 摘 要： | 农民市民化是我国城市化的大趋势,深圳需要率先推动农民工市民化进程,应强化常住人口概念,逐步完善居住证动态管理制度,统筹制定公共服务和社会管理政策;鼓励企业积极开展员工培训,帮助来深建设者适应深圳产业升级和结构调整的需要;通过城中村、旧小区为来深建设者提供廉价住房,大力发展社区及各类社会组织,帮助来深建设者融入城市生活。
