本课题遵循结合中国国情、灵活借鉴国际经验来解决问题的思路,围绕人民币国际化与国际金融中心建设的关系,提出在人民币国际化的背景下,上海国际金融中心发展应设定如下战略:以长三角地区经济乃至整个大陆经济为依托,以人民币产品中心尤其是固定收益产品中心为突破口,逐步推进人民币的结算、投资和储备功能的实现,使上海从国内金融中心加速迈向亚太区域金融中心,最终成为全球性金融中心.在此基础上提出了相关的政策建议.
