拖欠农民工工资问题的成因及对策

在我国当前,农民工这样一个特殊群体,在城市生活中与城市居民相比遭受了许多不公正的待遇或者说是一种差别对待,使农民工维护自己合法权益举步维艰,而拖欠农民工工资问题尤为凸显。这无论是对农民工本身,还是对国家、社会城市都将造成严重的影响。而造成这样一个问题的缘由,归根结底在于农民工与雇主之间达不到必要的力量平衡。为此,我国立法、执法应进一步向农民工这一弱势群体倾斜,使其在具体的社会关系中与雇主达到一种必要的力量平衡,从而有力的维护他们的合法权益,进而促进整个社会的和谐发展。

At present in our country,peasant workers suffer severely unjust treatment compared with the urban residents in many parts of the city life.In other words,it is discrimination.They can't assert themselves.Defection is the outstanding problem.The phenomenon had caused a lot of serve society problems.Not only the peasant workers suffered much hardship but also the urban residents did.The cause of the phenomenon can owe to lacking of the indispensable strength balance between peasant workers and employers.Therefore,in order to strike an indispensable balance,we should attach more strength to the peasant workers in process of carrying out law and legislation.With these help,peasant workers can make best of assert themselves.and then,our country will develop harmoniously.
