河北省民营科技企业发展态势及特征分析

基于1999年～2007年的数据,对河北省民营科技企业的发展状况进行了系统的分析.研究发现,这一时期,河北省民营科技企业无论从数量、规模,还是在效益、创汇能力等方面都得到了迅速发展;在发展过程中,虽然民营科技企业从事的行业仍以河北省的传统优势领域为主,但科技园区规模效应逐步显现,现代企业制度逐步建立.然而,纵观其发展历程,仍然面临着诸如地区间发展极不平衡、科技队伍发展缓慢、科技投入不足、研发能力较低、融资渠道狭窄等亟待解决的严峻问题.

Analysis on the Development Situation and Features of Non-State-Owned S&T Enterprises in Hebei

Based on the data from 1999 to 2007, this paper analyses the development situation of Hebei non-state-owned S&T enterprises.
