第三方跨境电商结汇平台评价指标体系构建研究——基于模糊神经网络

Research on the Evaluation Index System of the Third-party Cross-border E-commerce Settlement Platform:Based on Fuzzy and Neural Network

To successfully solve the third-party exchange settlement platform selection screening problem,this paper first collects the willingness of businesses through questionnaire survey.Combined with literature research method,the evaluation index system of the third-party cross-border e-commerce settlement platform is reconstructed and improved.The fuzzy neural network model is constructed and trained with data to make the mode has better predictability and generalization ability.It can help businesses engaged in cross-border Ecommerce identify suitable third-party foreign exchange settlement platforms,so as to reduce the cost of capital settlement.
