随着科技水平与经济水平的不断提升,核电企业朝着精益化的方向发展。核电企业的发展,能够满足日益增长的电力需求,能够增加国内的经济效益,能够提高人民的生活水平,能够提升国家的综合实力。面临现阶段社会的需求,核电企业传统的管理方式存在较多的漏洞,不利于社会整体的有效发展。为此,论文探究精益化管理的优势,分析核电企业的管理缺漏,以此提出核电企业成本精益化管理的措施。

Discussion on Cost Lean Management of Nuclear Power Enterprises

With the continuous improvement of science and technology and economy,nuclear power enterprises are developing in the direction of lean development.The development of nuclear power enterprises can meet the growing demand for electricity,enhance domestic economic benefits,improve people's living standards and enhance the comprehensive strength of the country.Faced with the current social demand,there are many loopholes in the traditional management mode of nuclear power enterprises,which is not conducive to the effective development of the society as a whole.Therefore,this paper explores the advantages of lean management and analyzes the management shortcomings of nuclear power enterprises,so as to put forward the measures of cost lean management of nuclear power enterprises.
