| Abstract: | At present,mass entrepreneurship and innovation initiative has been the most influential discourse at present.Through a review of the gains and losses of the Russian government's practices related to promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,the paper proposes paths and methods for developing the private economy in Hebei,seeking to provide useful reference for the high-quality development of private enterprises in Hebei Province. |
