Abstract:Emotional incentive is an important incentive means in the ideological and political management of enterprises.Through the emotional incentive to achieve humanized management,stimulate the internal potential of employees,and achieve a win-win situation between employees and the enterprises.This paper analyzes and explores how to apply the emotional incentive mechanism to the ideological and political work in enterprises.
