摘    要:当今社会经济在不断进步和发展,而人为因素是影响各企事业单位发展的重要原因,因此,企事业单位要根据市场环境变化、人才结构变化等逐渐创新人力资源经济管理,改进过去管理体系中存在的问题,运用现代化的科学方法进行有效的管理,并通过绩效和奖惩制度来发挥人才效用,为企事业单位培养高素质的人才团队,从而提高管理成效,推进企事业单位发展战略的落实。

Abstract:Today,the social economy is progressing and developing continuously.Human factors is the important reason for affecting the development of all enterprises and institutions.Therefore,enterprises and institutions should gradually innovate the economic management of human resources in the light of the changes in the market environment and the talent structure,improve the problems existing in the past management system,and carry out effective management by using modern scientific methods,and through the performance and reward and punishment system to play the role of talent,train high-quality talent team for enterprises and institutions,so as to improve the management effectiveness and promote the implementation of the development strategy of enterprises and institutions.
