国有企业员工流失的原因和对策分析

摘    要:随着我国“互联网+”、信息技术、网络新媒体传播方式的日新月异,不同行业或企业对专业技能人才的要求越来越高,而企业由于自身招聘制度缺陷、经营成本增加、薪资水平下降等因素,使得优秀专业技能人才不断流失。论文从国有企业员工流失角度出发,探讨了外部企业人力资源竞争,以及国有企业自身在招聘制度、经营成本、薪酬水平、晋升通道等方面存在的问题,据此提出国有企业人才引进、培养与发展的对策。

Abstract:With the rapid changes ofinternet+,information technology and network new media communication mode,the requirements of different industries or enterprises for professional and skilled talents are getting higher and higher.However,enterprises continue to lose professional and skilled talents due to flaws in their own recruitment system,increased operating cost,declining salary level and other factors.From the perspective of employee turnover in state-owned enterprises,the paper discusses the competition of human resources from external enterprises,as well as the problems of state-owned enterprises themselves existing in terms of recruitment system,operating cost,salary level,promotion paths and so on,and accordingly proposes countermeasures for the introduction,cultivation and development of talents in state-owned enterprises.
