| Abstract: | With the development of China's society,all walks of life are developing towards a more scientific direction,and the enterprise benefits brought by scientific management have been paid more attention to.Strategic performance is the integration of enterprise development strategy and performance management to achieve the simultaneous improvement of enterprise development and enterprise benefits.This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of the strategic performance management system of machinery manufacturing enterprises,thinks about the construction strategy of the strategic performance management system of machinery manufacturing enterprises. |
