| 摘 要： | 在旅游活动中，旅游者往往会做出与自己日常生活截然不同的行为，这一矛盾称为旅游角色冲．突。解决角色冲突的办法有：加强教育，提升公民道德水平；制定法令法规；景区采取有效监督管理措施；旅行社应积极发挥组织者的作用。

| Abstract: | Tourists sometimes act different from the usual when they are participating in tourism activities.Such inconsistency is called tourist role conflict.For evercoming the conflict,we should improve training,raise citizens' moral level,implement effective supervision management,while travel agency should take the role of organizer. |
