农村留守妇女家庭离散问题研究——基于“新四化”的视角

农村留守妇女家庭离散已成为中国农村劳动力转移过程中的突出问题。农村农业收益低、城市生活成本高以及农村公共服务体系不完善是造成留守妇女家庭离散的直接原因,而旧的工业化发展思路、较低的农村城镇化以及农业现代化水平是造成留守妇女家庭离散的深层次原因。解决这一问题既要着眼当下,采取临时性措施缓解农村留守妇女当下面临的困难,改善她们的生存条件;又要立足长远,以新型工业化为主导、新型城镇化为引擎、新型农业现代化为基础、信息化为纽带,加快推进＂新四化＂同步发展的进程,从根本上解决农村留守妇女家庭离散问题。

The Research on Family Separation Related to Rural Left-Behind Women on the Perspective of New Industrialization,Informatization, Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization

The problem of family separation related to rural left-behind women has become a outstanding issue in the process of rural labor transfer in China.The direct cause of the problem is the low agricultural income,the high cost of city life and the inadequate rural public service system.The deep reason of the problem is the old developmental way of industrialization,the lower level of rural urbanization and agricultural modernization.To solve the issue of family separation related to rural leftbehind women,not only to focus on the present,take temporary measures to alleviate the current difficulties faced by the women left in rural areas,and to improve their living conditions,but also to focus on the long-term vision,take the new industrialization as the dominant,take the new urbanization as the engine,take the new agricultural modernization as the foundation and take the information as the link,to accelerate the development process of new industrialization,informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization,and from the fundamental solution to solve the problem of family separation related to rural left-behind women.
