| 摘 要： | 在中日战争局势持续恶化、中华民族抗日统一战线与持久抗战理念形成的大背景下,在国民政府军政部兵工署的统一规划、整体部署下,中国兵工内迁由决策酝酿开始走向执行实施,原先分布在中东部的兵工单位,开始有组织、有计划地分批陆续搬迁到以重庆为中心的抗战大后方。这一方面可以说是抗日战争局势持续恶化下的＂无奈之举＂;另一方面可谓是中华民族坚持全民持久抗战的＂战略创举＂。 |

| Abstract: | In the Sino Japanese war continued deterioration of the situation,in the historical context of the Chinese Anti Japanese national united front and the protracted war idea formed,unified planning,the overall deployment of the national government Military and Political Department of the Bureau of arsenal,Chinese arsenal moved by the decision making to implementation,originally located in the eastern and central military unit organized,planned to batch moved to Chongqing as the center of the rear area. |
