Discussion on Technology Standard and Independent Technology Innovation

Through the analysis of differences between the petroleum industry technology and technical standard in China and that in other developed countries, it is pointed out that the key of petroleum industry development is independent technology innovation, and that the goal of development is innovative technology standard. Finally, the development strategies of Chinese petroleum industry technology standard are presented in order to promote the effective adoption of standard strategy and participation in the strategy of establishing standards.
