| 摘 要： | 中国对外贸易过程中屡遭以“非市场经济体制”为由的反倾销诉讼。本在对市场经济作为一种资源配置方式和计划经济作为一种生产安排方式的理论认识的基础上，归纳了市场经济的一般特征，通过分别对中国产品市场、生产要素市场、货币市场的考察，认为中国当前的经济性质从总体上仍处于市场经济的转型阶段，还不是一个完全的市场经济体制国家。

| Abstract: | China has suffered many anti-dumping lawsuits during trade with foreign countries. This paper generalizes the common features of market economy based on a theoretical cognition that market economy is a pattern of resource distribution, while planned economy, a method of production arrangement. Through respective inspections on the commodity market, the production factor market and the monetary market in China, this paper points out that presently China's overall economy is still on the phase of transformation rather than a genuine market economy. |
