| 摘 要： | 分析了我国传统储运企业向现代物流企业转型的现状与不足，提出了物流企业核心竞争能力的种类和发展形态，分析了国内外物流企业资源整合的研究状况，提出了基于核心竞争能力的物流企业资源整合是传统储运企业向现代物流企业成功转型的关键，论述了基于整合的物流企业核心竞争能力的具体判断过程，阶段性目标和主要原则。
