| 摘 要： | 城市文化是现代城市建设的重要内容。高校图书馆为城市文化建设服务,具有多方面的意义与优势。高校图书馆为城市文化建设服务的主要方式有开发地方文献资源、举办主题文化活动、开展社会信息服务等。高校图书馆为城市文化建设服务的发展策略包括拓展社区参与理论、构建网络宣传平台、积极发展多元合作。
