| 摘 要： | 运用重心模型确定物流配送中心的位置，由于选址因素只包括货运量和货运价值，在实际应用中受到很大限制。为此在用重心法得到备选地点的基础上，引用层次分析法模型解决配送中心的最佳地点问题。结合朝阳柴油机厂选址分析，说明基于重心法与层次分析模型的配送中心选址方法的实际应用。
