| 摘 要： | 融资租赁不仅具有公众熟悉的融资与融物的功能，而且还具有促销与服务的潜在功能。我国融资租赁业在过去20多年的实践中过于倚重其融资与融物功能而忽视对其促销与服务功能的开发，从而造成我国融资租赁业普遍经营困难。要使我国融资租赁业摆脱困境，重获生机，政府和企业应通力合作，挖掘和利用其潜在的促销与服务功能。
