基于资源型城市转型的旅游业发展研究--以抚顺市为例

最近一些学者以旅游业为突破口对资源型城市转型进行研究，但在此方面对抚顺市的资源型城市转型进行定量研究却很罕见。文章综合运用区位熵、集中系数和弹性系数对抚顺市旅游业发展状况进行研究，并且运用灰色系统方法对抚顺市旅游业未来发展趋势进行预测，在此基础上提出以下建议：以清永陵为龙头带动抚顺市旅游业发展、加强城市间的合作和打造“四位一体”的城市旅游格局。希冀对政府相关部门的规划工作有所帮助。

Based on the Tourism Development in the Transformation of Resource-based Cities:A Case Study on Fushun City

Some scholars study tourism as the breakthrough to the transformation of resource-based cities recently, but in this aspect to study the transformation of resource-based cities like Fushun city in quantitative research is very rare.This article integrated use location entropy, concentration factor and elasticity coefficient to study tourism development of Fushun city; and using the grey system method to predict the future trend of Fushun city’ s tourism, On the basis of this puts forward following suggestions: Regard the Yongling Tomb of Qing Dynasty as leading role to lead Fushun city’s tourism development, to strengthen cooperation between cities and create “four-one” pattern of urban tourism. Hope it would be helpful to the relevant government’s department of planning.
