| Abstract: | Reasonably establishing the incentive project , being advantageous to stir up the manager, further increase the revenue of enterprise. This text commences from the information economic, through the analytical research on the model of the manager encourages, suggest that the superior project of manager encourages and put forward the homologous policy and suggestions. |
